Studio Policies / Terms & Conditions All content, images, and materials on this website are the property of W Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. All prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice. The price confirmed at booking will be honored for that session. Add-ons, extra edited images, prints, rush delivery, additional participants, outfit rentals, or special requests may incur extra charges. Taxes may be added. Session results may vary depending on lighting, environment, client cooperation, and the condition or mood of babies and children. Specific poses, expressions, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Late arrivals will shorten the session by the amount of time delayed, as we must stay on schedule for following appointments. Edited images are selected by the studio. RAW files are not provided. Reshoots are not guaranteed and will only be considered for technical issues caused by W Studio. Client-related factors, including late arrival, lack of cooperation, personal preference, styling, expressions, poses, or a baby/child’s condition, do not qualify for a reshoot. Proof images with basic color correction will be delivered within 7 days for selection. Final edited images will be delivered within 7–14 days after selections are made. Proof images remain available for up to 30 days. Clients must complete selections and download files within this period. Unselected images may be deleted after 30 days. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are accepted by e-transfer, applied toward your session total, and are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the session day. Sessions may be rescheduled once free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests are subject to a fee: $30 for weekday sessions and $50 for weekend sessions. Requests within 48 hours may not be accepted and may result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. All payments for completed sessions are non-refundable. W Studio may use session images for portfolio, website, and social media unless requested in writing before the session. By booking, clients agree to W Studio’s photography style, editing approach, pricing, delivery timeline, cancellation policy, refund policy, and studio policies.
