Photography Policy
Session results may vary depending on lighting conditions, environment, and client cooperation, especially when working with babies and children. While we guide each session to achieve the best possible results, specific poses, expressions, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
All session times are approximate and are reserved for the scheduled time slot. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session by the amount of time delayed, as we must stay on schedule for the following appointments.
Edited images are selected by the studio. RAW images are not provided.
Reshoot Policy
Reshoots are not guaranteed and will only be considered in cases of technical issues caused by the studio.
Client-related factors such as late arrival, lack of cooperation, dissatisfaction with expressions, poses, styling, personal preference, or the condition/mood of a baby or child do not qualify for a reshoot.
Image Delivery
Proof images with basic color correction will be delivered within 7 days after the session for selection.
Final edited images will be delivered within 14–30 days after selections are made.
Proof images will remain available for up to 30 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for completing their selections and downloading files within this period. Unselected images may be permanently deleted after 30 days and may not be recoverable.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are accepted by e-transfer and will be applied toward your session total.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled once free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Any additional rescheduling requests after the first free reschedule will be subject to a rescheduling fee: $30 for weekday sessions and $50 for weekend sessions.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may not be accepted and may result in the loss of the deposit.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be considered a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
All payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for completed sessions due to client-related factors, including but not limited to personal preference, dissatisfaction with expressions, poses, styling, cooperation, or the condition/mood of a baby or child during the session.
If a technical issue caused by W Studio affects the final delivery of images, we may offer a reshoot or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that scheduled session.
Additional services, add-ons, extra edited images, prints, rush delivery, additional participants, outfit rentals, or other requests may be subject to additional charges.
Applicable taxes may be added where required.
Promotions, discounts, or special offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Portfolio & Social Media Usage
W Studio may use images from sessions for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.
Clients who prefer their images not to be used publicly must inform us before the session.

Agreement
By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to our photography style, editing approach, delivery timeline, cancellation policy, refund policy, rescheduling policy, and studio policies.
